Studio Paristanbul, c’est l’histoire de la rencontre d’Erhan, le turc d’Istanbul, et Marina la franco-turque parisienne, en 2005.

Inspiré par son expérience de styliste graphiste dans l’industrie textile, Erhan décide de travailler en indépendant après avoir déménagé à Paris en 2012. Marina, diplômée de l’Ecole des Arts décoratifs de Strasbourg, se joint à l’aventure après quelques années passées dans la production textile en Turquie et en France.

Ils fondent Studio Paristanbul à l’occasion de leur première participation au salon international Première Vision en 2017.

Motivés par un style illustratif et floral, ils trouvent leur inspiration dans les dessins botaniques du XIXe siècle et dans l’histoire de l’art pour des créations à deux ou quatre mains dans lesquelles s’expriment leurs envies de couleurs chaudes et contrastées.

Leur catalogue compte des marques comme Sergent Major, Verbaudet, Monoprix, Caselio et Maison du Monde.

Studio Paristanbul is the story of the meeting in 2005 of Erhan, a Turk from Istanbul and Marina, a Franco-Turkish Parisian.

Inspired by his experience as a graphic designer in the textile industry, Erhan worked as a freelance designer after moving to Paris in 2012. Marina, a graduate of the school of Fine Arts of Strasbourg, joined the adventure after a couple of years working in textile production in Turkey and in France.

They created Studio Paristanbul in 2017 just before their first participation at the international fair Première Vision Paris.

Motivated by an illustrative and floral style, they find their inspiration in 19th century botanical drawings and in the history of art for two or four-handed creations in which their desire for warm and contrasting colours is expressed.

Their catalogue of clients includes brands like Sergent Major, Verbaudet, Monoprix, Caselio and Maison du Monde.
